Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

The Service lets you create tasks that real AI agents plan, execute, and synthesize into a result — optionally using live web search and document parsing. Output is generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying anything important before relying on or acting on it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By signing up, you confirm that's true.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

The Free plan has a monthly task-run limit at no cost. The Pro plan is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and automatically renews until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide refunds or prorated credit for unused time, except where required by law. We may change our prices going forward; we'll give you notice before a price change applies to your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, or to generate content that's illegal, harmful, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Try to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical restrictions.
• Attempt to access another user's data, account, or tasks.
• Probe, scan, or test the Service's security without our permission, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Use the Service's web search or document-fetching tools to target private, internal, or non-public systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Your content, our software

You own what you put into a task and the results generated for you, and you're responsible for it — make sure you have the right to submit whatever you submit. We own the Service itself (the software, design, and branding). We don't claim ownership over your task content, and we won't use it for anything other than providing the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate. We're a small, early-stage service; things may break, and we don't guarantee any particular level of uptime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, OFA won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $0 if you were on the Free plan).

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription anytime. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service entirely with reasonable notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located there.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
